In relation to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), MATIC Ipari- és Szolgáltató Kft. considers it important to define the principles by which it ensures full compliance with the relevant legal provisions.

2.1 Information / consent for processing personal data

MATIC Ipari Szolgáltató Kft. (registered office: 6066 Tiszaalpár, Alkotmány utca 7., company registration no.: 03-09-101909; hereinafter: Controller) processes personal data provided by you via the “Contact” menu on the website based on your consent, as follows.

The Controller declares that it processes the data obtained in connection with the above feature in accordance with this notice and applicable laws.

The Controller processes personal data exclusively for the purposes defined in this notice, fairly and lawfully, only to the extent and for the time necessary. The Controller ensures accuracy, completeness and that the data subject can only be identified for the purpose and duration of the processing.

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Hungarian and EU laws and takes all technical precautions required for secure data processing.

3.1 Right of access

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, where that is the case, access to the data and related information. The Controller provides a copy of the personal data undergoing processing.

3.2 Rectification

You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete data.

3.3 Erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

You may request erasure where the conditions set out by law are met (e.g. data is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, processing is unlawful, etc.). The Controller may retain data where necessary for legal claims.

3.4 Restriction of processing

You may request restriction in cases defined by law (e.g. accuracy is contested, processing is unlawful, legal claims). You will be informed in advance of lifting the restriction.

3.5 Notification obligation

The Controller informs recipients about rectification, erasure or restriction where required, and upon request informs you about those recipients, unless impossible or disproportionate.

Where applicable, you may receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and request transmission to another controller, if technically feasible.

3.7 Withdrawal of consent

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

5. Data security

The Controller ensures the security of personal data through internal policies and appropriate technical and organizational measures required by the GDPR and other confidentiality rules.

Personal data is handled with due care, confidentially, and only to the extent necessary to provide the contact service.

  • authenticity and validation ensured (authenticity),
  • integrity can be verified (integrity).

6. Remedy

If your rights are violated, you may bring a claim before court. You may also initiate proceedings before the competent court based on your place of residence.
