Description of the project content:
- Equipment procurement: With the help of equipment (laser cutting machine, laser welder, disc cutter), we increase the production capacity, while reducing unit costs due to the better efficiency of modern equipment. With the collaborative robot, it will be possible to automate larger series and increase the volume of machinable material. Our productivity will increase by 70% in the powder coating preparation area (washing-degreasing line), and our material handling capacity will increase by 30% due to the 2 new forklifts.
- Real estate and infrastructure investment: The ventilation system is necessary in summer months, thus improving productivity by increasing the availability of machines, and the warehouse in the hall meets the storage needs of surplus products generated by the increased capacity.
- Renewable energy source technology, i.e., installation of a solar panel system. This improves efficiency through the energy generated.
- Consultancy: Organizational development consultancy prepares the basis for expansion, reduces implementation and market expansion risks, while IT consultancy lays the groundwork for the successful introduction of the new Dyntell - Industry 4.0 system.
- IT development: The precondition for large-scale growth is production management, the wider application of Industry 4.0 solutions, in line with the objectives of the call.
