Project description: Within the project, the company will acquire a Hexagon MI RA8525 portable, articulated measuring machine, a SPAZIOMATIC 1530/30/2T/3000 type lift system automatic sheet metal storage system and a MEP Cobra 352 NC 5.0 disk sawing machine.
With the portable measuring arm to be acquired, measurements can be performed directly in the manufacturing environment. The software system of the measuring machine and the computer configuration that is part of the machine enable the collection and processing of measured data.
The sheet metal storage device is suitable for storing sheets up to a maximum size of 1500 x 3000 mm. The two-tower device has 30 drawers available for sheet metal storage. After commissioning, the area used for storage can be reduced and the efficiency of the workforce operating the laser cutting machines will increase as the machines' service time decreases.
The disk sawing machine to be acquired will increase our turnover, create new jobs, and allow us to enter new markets. We will be able to widely apply the characteristics of this technology with the automatic and semi-automatic machines. With this acquisition, the targeted market area will have more reserves, and with proper service, we can participate in further projects.
