"Introduction of flexible employment forms at Matic Kft."
Description:
The project focuses on the introduction of flexible, family-friendly employment methods. The flexible project aligns with the company's long-term goals of retaining stable workforce and increasing employee satisfaction and motivation.
A designated mentor will provide mentoring for one year and support the project and employees. As a result, 5 training sessions will be carried out: leadership training, cooperation development, communication, group change management, and conflict management. The goal of the training is to develop a well-adjusted, effective communicator, and collaboratively capable organization that can respond to changes in the company.
