Project title: Comprehensive development to increase exports and added value at a sheet metal technology supplier
Contracted grant amount: HUF 250,375,031
Rate of support: 50%
Description of the project:
The developments to be implemented in the project contribute to increasing the efficiency of sheet metal bending, machining of rod-shaped workpieces, workpiece marking, and material handling.
The significance of the equipment to be procured and used in the project:
- P4Lean-2120 panel bending machine - With this equipment, sheet metal components with multiple bends can be produced automatically in one operation based on a pre-made program.
- HD-TC 60170 tube laser - Suitable for cutting round, square, rectangular, symmetrical, and non-symmetrical materials. These machining operations can be performed efficiently and at an affordable cost to customers using automatic laser technology.
- LMS-MOPA-30 WR laser engraver - The 3-axis control allows marking on surfaces of components bounded by 3D surfaces, resulting in more efficient engraving.
- AD-S 30320 hydraulic CNC press brake - It reduces setup times, enables more accurate distribution calculations for engineering, and requires fewer starting parts for production, resulting in a reduction in scrap.
- Doosan G35C-7 front fork gas forklift
- Automatic data collection software - The system performs data collection, processing, and analysis in real-time mode. It generates indicators from data collected from production machines, such as raw material consumption, inventory trends, power consumption data, etc.
Planned completion date of the project: December 29, 2020
